Yoga at HarroWall
We’ve had lots of people ask about it – Yoga at HarroWall.
From the middle of April we will be offering 2 classes of Yoga at HarroWall. These are run by climbers who are also Yoga teachers and will be targeted at all those climbing muscles that get beat up during your session and also at opening up those important muscles that will help you climb more effectively and help push your grades.
Please note that these classes are in addition to the cost of climbing. You do not have to be registered at HarroWall to take part in these sessions.
Class 1: Yoga for Climbers: Wednesday Nights from 18th April
With sequences specially designed for the needs of climbers, these classes promote flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness as well as mindfulness, with helpful exercises to enhance concentration and harmony between mind and body. Suitable for all levels.
Wednesdays: 6.30pm to 7.45pm OR 8pm to 9.15pm

Class 2: Sunday Yoga For Climbers from 15th April
From Sunday 15th April: 1400-1500

Stretch to release Yesterday’s climb, or prep and strengthen for a climb today. Working together to improve joint mobility and reduce injury.
