A new year and new resolutions. If one of yours is to get fitter and healthier then we are here to help. We have a number of sessions (both free and paid) to help you get 2019 off to a great start.

FREE Climbing Coaching

We’re helping you to kick 2019 off with a bang with a series of FREE coaching sessions designed to help you to build confidence and learn new techniques in your climbing. Ideal for those brand new to the sport (climbed under <20 times), these social climbing sessions are about learning some simple and important climbing skills to help you develop as a climber. From working out moves to building confidence when climbing these sessions will help you learn and improve.

Best of all they are FREE! All you have to do is turn up and pay your normal entry fee to the wall. You can climb before and after too.

Yoga at HarroWall

We’ve partnered up with Climb And Yoga to offer Yoga classes now on a Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. Yoga is a perfect compliment to climbing as it works lots of the same muscles and helps develop mobility, flexibility and strength that will help you on the wall. It will also help keep injuries at bay and simply make you feel better! Yoga is well known to be a positive activity for anyone of any age so get booked onto a class by visiting climbandyoga.com


FREE Saturday Morning BootCamp

Start your Satuday off right with our FREE bootcamp. For those who want to sweat and work on all-round fitness. Led by our Gymnast qualified coach Rish, these 1hr sessions are intense classes using our amazing Gym to get you moving and active. Check out the instagram post below to get an idea of what to expect.

These sessions are free but have limited spaces. You just have to turn up on a Saturday morning and signup at reception. Easy. A perfect excuse to get out of bed on a Saturday morning!
