New Career Opportunities at the UK’s Largest Bouldering Wall

HarroWall is the largest bouldering centre in the UK and has grown its reputation since it opened in Feb 2018 in providing exceptional customer service alongside high quality setting and world class facilities.

In partnership with our customers, staff, sponsors and suppliers we have created and continue to develop friendly, efficient and safety conscious centre of excellence for bouldering that everyone can enjoy.

We are now looking to employ 2 x Part-Time roles that would be ideally suited to local, Harrow based, students who are keen climbers looking for a fun and engaging part time job.



Unit 2a Neptune Road, Harrow, HA1 4HX 

Positions available:

HarroWall Café Team Member x 1

(Part Time 10-15 hours per week focused on weekends)

HarroWall is the largest bouldering centre in the UK. At the heart of the centre is the desire to offer our customers a memorable food and drink experience along with a world class climbing session. You will support the Café team in the delivery of the HarroCafe menu, helping to grow the café into the social hub of the centre for climbers, families and party groups. This role is a primarily a support position to the current staff and offers the chance to learn how to work in a busy cafe environment as well as developing customer service skills. The role will be primarily focused on weekend work with occasional extra hours during holidays & busy periods.


HarroWall Team Member x 1

(Part Time 15-20 hours per week focused on weekends and weekday evenings)

Working with the Duty Manager and on your own initiative you are expected to provide an exceptional level of customer service in all centre operations. Your focus will be on reception, assisting the Duty Manager & team during our busy evening rush hours and weekends.  A part of this role will be looking to grow the successful applicant into climbing instruction – delivering inductions, coaching and the junior programme. There is also potential to be involved in the route setting programme. This is a position that would suit someone wishing to experience & expand their knowledge of the indoor climbing industry.
