New Career Opportunities at the UK’s Largest Bouldering Wall

HarroWall is the largest bouldering centre in the UK and has grown its reputation since it opened in Feb 2018 in providing exceptional customer service alongside high quality setting and world class facilities.

In partnership with our customers, staff, sponsors and suppliers we have created and continue to develop friendly, efficient and safety conscious centre of excellence for bouldering that everyone can enjoy.

We are now looking to employ 2 x Full time roles to help to continue the growth of our community and centre as we come into a second summer since opening.



Unit 2a Neptune Road, Harrow, HA1 4HX 

Positions available:

HarroWall Café Supervisor x 1

(Full Time 40 hours per week focused around weekends)

HarroWall is the largest bouldering centre in the UK. At the heart of the centre is the desire to offer our customers a memorable food and drink experience along with a world class climbing session. You will support the Café team in the delivery of the HarroCafe menu adopting responsibility as your experience grows, continuing to grow the café into the social hub of the centre for climbers, families and party groups.  The cafe and kitchen is equipped with a pizza oven and sufficient space to expand the menu and create weekend specials. The role will be primarily focused on weekend work with days off likely to be Monday and Tuesday.


HarroWall Duty Manager  x 1

(Full Time 40 hours with regular weekend work and weekday evenings)

As part of a small multi functional team the role of Duty Manager is central to the effective running of the Centre. You will be responsible for the provision of a safe, fun and welcoming climbing environment. When on duty you will directly manage the day to day operations including the reception, extension instruction programme and shop, liasing with the cafe team to ensure exceptional customer in all areas of this growing centre. to  Additional responsibilities include cleaning and administrative tasks with. There is potential to be involved in both the instruction and route setting programme as well pathways to senior management for experienced applicants.
